This policy explains how kyvotrader ("we") amasses, processes and safeguards personal data across our site and Services. We act as the data controller for these data.
Data we collect. Names, emails, nationalities and comparable identifiers plus KYC documents required by regulation. We also keep: execution and account history, device data and helpdesk threads. EU/UK legal grounds: performing the contract, complying with law, legitimate interest.
Use of data. Running your account, clearing trades, meeting compliance, countering fraud, and securing systems, plus consent-based product messages carrying easy opt-out.
Sharing. Data reaches only operating vendors (custody, payment, verification), regulators upon lawful request, and anonymized metrics. No sale of personal data.
Storage & safety. We retain data through account activity plus statutory periods (typically five-seven years for transaction records). Safeguards: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit and ISO 27001-audited access governance.
