These Terms of Service ( said Terms ) govern your access to the kyvotrader website, apps and services the "Services") provided by kyvotrader. Account creation implies full agreement the Terms entire.
1. Who may join. You must be adults in their jurisdiction and contractually capable to contract. Where we are unlicensed or closed, residents are not eligible. Profile correctness and login secrecy remain your responsibility.
2. Services. kyvotrader runs an electronic trading platform for the instruments listed on this platform. We do not give investment recommendation; every trading choice stays with you. Market data displayed is informational only and might err or err at times.
3. Risk notice. Trading carries substantial loss risk and fits only accounts who can hold through it. Leveraged products can send drawdowns past your posted margin. Only trade capital which losing entirely you can absorb.
4. Costs. Charges, spreads and funding rates appear in the fee schedule and constitute part of these Terms. Pricing may shift once fairly notified.
5. Conduct rules. Manipulation, exploiting flaws, infringement and unlawful use are prohibited. Laundering and sanctions evasion are covered by the same prohibition.
6. Liability. To the fullest the widest degree, kyvotrader disclaims indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the Services.
7. Amendments. This agreement may be updated over time. Using the Services after updates means acceptance. The applicable law is the registered jurisdiction of our operating entity.
